Choosing the right year group
Our stages follow the National Curriculum for England and Wales alongside the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Key Stage 1 · Ages 4–7
Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Early learning through phonics, numeracy, exploration, social skills and positive learning habits.
Key Stage 2 · Ages 7–11
Year 3 to Year 6
Literacy, numeracy, critical thinking and curiosity develop through the National Curriculum and Cambridge International Curriculum.
Key Stage 3 · Ages 11–14
Year 7 to Year 9
A broad secondary curriculum builds subject knowledge, independence and informed choices for IGCSE study.
Key Stage 4 · Ages 14–16
Year 10 and Year 11
Focused IGCSE preparation, continuous assessment and guidance for further education or vocational pathways.
